1. Crushing and sand production of stone materials
By squeezing and pressing the materials with two rotating and wear-resistant rollers in opposite directions, medium-hard stone materials (river pebbles, limestone, granite, iron ore, coal blocks) are crushed and processed into sand or small stones. The output particle size is fine, the finished sand has a round shape, and the stone powder output is controllable.
2. Adjustable output particle size
By adjusting the gap between the two rollers, the size of the finished product can be directly changed. It can produce 5-10mm stones and 0-5mm mechanically produced sand.
3. Suitable for brittle materials, with less dust, controllable over-crushing, often used in sand and stone production lines, coal crushing, mineral processing, construction waste treatment.
