1. Grinding of ores: Steel balls are placed inside the cylinder, and the cylinder rotates. The steel balls perform throwing and impact grinding, converting large pieces of ore into fine mineral slurry; the grid plate forces the discharge, and the discharge speed is fast.
2. Characteristics of the grid type: The discharge end is equipped with a grid plate, which forces the discharge, resulting in less overgrinding and a large processing capacity. It is mostly used in the first stage of coarse grinding.
3. Supporting process: The crushed ore is sent to the ball mill for grinding → The discharged material is sent to the magnetic separator/分级 machine， forming a closed loop of grinding and separation.
