1. Fine processing of stone materials
Mainly crushes medium-hard minerals such as granite, basalt, river pebbles, and iron ore. It is usually placed after the jaw crusher for a second crushing process, reducing large stone materials into 10-30mm sand and stone aggregates, which are used for construction sand and stone and mineral ore beneficiation.
2. Hydraulic adjustment of discharge port
Uses a single hydraulic cylinder at the bottom to lift the cone and remotely adjust the discharge particle size. There is no need for manual disassembly and replacement of gaskets. The discharge particle size can be flexibly changed.
3. Automatic protection against iron
The accumulator provides an insurance function. If iron blocks or other non-crushable objects enter the crushing chamber, the moving cone automatically descends to remove the foreign objects, preventing equipment damage. It automatically resets after the foreign objects are discharged.
4. Layered crushing
The materials are crushed layer by layer in the crushing chamber, resulting in round and smooth stone particles with less flake and plate-like shapes, and good aggregate quality.
