1. Material dehydration
Wet coal sludge, fine sand, and tailings slurry are fed onto the screen surface. With the help of two vibrating motors, a linear excitation force is generated, causing the materials to be transported upward along the inclined screen. The moisture passes through the screen mesh and leaks into the lower water collection tank, while the solid materials are discharged from the discharge end, reducing the moisture content of the materials. The discharge moisture content can be controlled at 8-15%.
2. Classification and screening
By replacing with different width polyurethane screen plates, it can also complete particle classification, mud removal, and coarse separation, separating the coarse and fine materials.
3. Recovery of fine particles
Recycling fine coal and fine sand lost in water, reducing material waste. The water under the screen can be recycled back to the washing and selection system for reuse, saving water and being environmentally friendly.
