1. The materials are finely crushed
Process materials such as granite, river pebbles, limestone, and iron ore. After rough crushing, the stones are further compressed and broken to produce smaller stones. Partial finished materials can be directly produced, or they can be used as feed for the sand-making machine.
2. Small discharge port operation
The discharge port can be adjusted to be very small, suitable for producing small particle size stones; compared to cone crushers, it has a simpler structure and lower price, and is suitable for small and medium-sized sandstone lines.
3. Production line matching scheme
Scheme 1: Coarse jaw crusher → This fine jaw crusher → Vibrating screen, a two-stage jaw crusher forms a simple sandstone line.
Scheme 2: Coarse jaw crusher → Fine jaw crusher → Sand-making machine, feed the sand-making equipment.
